#### vinification

Our innovative approach to dealcoholisation is based on the use of rotating cone columns, which allow the alcohol to be removed from the wine while preserving its aromatic compounds and organoleptic characteristics. The dealcoholised wine obtained in this way is then blended with traditional alcohol content wine, allowing a final alcohol content of 6% to be achieved, guaranteeing taste, balance and quality.

Intense ruby red.
Bouquet of ripe cherries, plums, dark berries, rounded off with notes of vanilla and delicate toasted notes.
Aromas of cherries, ripe plums and berries combined with sweet notes of vanilla and oak. Well-structured body with soft tannins and harmonious complexity.

Perfect with savoury roasts and stews, such as game, hearty stews or dark chocolate.
