Our innovative approach to dealcoholisation is based on the use of rotating cone columns, which allow the alcohol to be removed from the wine while preserving its aromatic compounds and organoleptic characteristics. The dealcoholised wine obtained in this way is then blended with traditional alcohol content wine, allowing a final alcohol content of 6% to be achieved, guaranteeing taste, balance and quality.
